Tim began his Eagle project in June 1993, by the time he had outlined the map of the United States on Twillmans parking lot. Tim had spent months planning and seeking approval for his project. Several scouts earned service hours helping Tim paint the states and rivers of our country. Some of the troop leadership helped too. Tim's parents played a big role; offering advice, and setting a goodexample
